Role details
The Construction Skills Coach will work directly with learners, employers and curriculum teams to ensure learners are fully supported whilst participating in work placements and employer-led projects.
The postholder will provide practical guidance, mentoring and workplace support to help learners develop technical, professional and employability skills required for progression into employment, apprenticeships and further training.
